I. EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Participants will learn to
- Build resilience into
their approach to change and support resilience for change among their
group.
- Apply an understanding
of the dynamics of change to themselves and others to increase the ability
to take the “hits” of change.
- Learn how to refill
and sustain the “Resilience Reservoir.”
- Realize that change
is inevitable. Misery is optional.
II. DESIGN
This workshop is designed to have participants become
aware of the dynamics of disruptive change. The design consists of presentation,
interaction, and dyad or small group process. This format can accommodate
groups up to 18 participants.
III. PREPARATION
No preparation or homework is required of the participants.
TRIMTAB works in advance with managers to develop relevant examples for
instruction modules and to learn the company's direction and vision .

change attempts
- Identify and deal with your own lingering doubts
about your proposed change plan
